December 21, 2010 –Doylestown, PA - American Office Systems (AOS) has been collecting used toner cartridges from local companies to donate directly to Gilda's Club Delaware Valley. Gilda's Club is a charitable organization and support community for people with cancer and their families. Since June of 2010 AOS's efforts helped raise over $3000.00 and will continue to grow. This program is unique and invaluable because it not only reduces toner cartridge waste; proceeds help local families struggling with cancer. American Office Systems is striving to improve upon the success of the last six months and is reaching out to local businesses urging them to participate in this program. AOS would like to thank all that have participated to this programs success and looks forward to growing donations through 2011. About Gilda’s Club Delaware Valley: 

Open since 2003, Gilda’s Club Delaware Valley has served over 1800 local families affected by cancer. With over 125 support activities offered each month to adults, children and teens, Gilda’s Club provides all activities absolutely free of charge. Gilda’s Club is based in Warminster, PA and also has hospital based satellites at both St. Mary Medical Center and Doylestown Hospital in Doylestown, PA. In 2011, an additional satellite will be opening at Abington Hospital in Abington, PA.  Gilda’s Club is named in honor of Saturday Night Live comedian Gilda Radner, who died of ovarian cancer in 1989. Gilda dreamed that all people affected by cancer, as well as family and friends would have access to the same kind of emotional and social support that she received during her illness. Gilda’s Club serves anyone living with any type of cancer and their families and loved ones through a comprehensive program of cancer support.
